Since graduating from University in 2013 with a degree in Design I have engaged in paid employment, and undertaken voluntary and commission work as a freelance Designer. Regular professional practice experience has given me the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge of the industry, and also to observe the work and methods of established piers. Over the next 12 months much of my focus will be directed towards devising an innovative business plan establishing my own business.
Within the design category my preferred disciplines are Fashion, Graphic, and Interior although I am not confined to these three alone and will traverse other disciplines to satisfy a design brief. Additionally I am professionally accomplished with 4 years experience in numerous creative subdivisions of Design including clay sculpting and pottery, wood work, jewellery, textile manipulation, waxing/batiking, dying, and devore; consequencly I have acquired extensive knowledge of materials and techniques.
